As a business owner, if someone guarantees search engine ranking within 72 hours, what is your perception?

There is no legitimate "white Hat "SEO firm, search engine ranking can in an extremely short time guaranteed (unless they are in bed with Google, and if anyone knows one, please let me ) To know if a company has an SEO guarantee results in 72 hours, as is perceived by the business owner that has their customers? If it is perceived as "cheap services 'Do not justify – the cost of the service or unethical practices or simple enough to do on their own?

My perception? – Do not know what they say – they do not understand, white hat SEO – they are overpromising something that can not deliver them – avoid them like a badge as their tactics could ultimately harm my site basically run as fast as you can away from them. But then, many people fall for them. And they will deliver a few words to show that the Website Top 10 rankings – except that the site is already ranking for those keywords, or they'll get in some obscure keywords.
