seo wordpress permalinks
How can i sort out the Permalinks in my WordPress template?

I have checked Worpress.tv, any other tutorials i can find & searched Google but can’t find an answer to this problem.
In a nutshell, i recently bought a WordPress template. It looks great & very functional too.
However, i really need to have my Pages & blog posts SEO optimised. One of the ways in do this is to change the ‘Custom’ Permalinks settings to ‘%category%/%postname%’ .
However, when i do this in the WordPress template, it messes up the image links.
The template designer has told me that the solution would be to replace all the links with absolute links.
I really haven’t a clue what he’s talking about.
Unfortunatley, the designer is not english-speaking & so we’re having difficulties understanding each other. Please can someone help. Thanks.

basically what he is trying to say is

currently your images are bing called as

like directory wise

instead , he is asking you to do it < img src="www.yourrsite.com/images" > get it ?
