Which e-mail I use to set up Google My Client, one that is used for my Adwords or other?

Hello, I'm on help depend .. with the Customer of Google. I set an e-mail to a friend and already on the Google Adwords. I was told to open this MCC. If I do it to go, I'll take the chance that I already have an account and add my e-mail. It says "this email is already taken" something like that. I can not. Not the user name and log in as the e-mail that is already with this guy one of the AdWords account I would be connected with, or I start a new e-mail. If so, how to my girlfriend AdWords account to connect? I can not find this information anywhere. Thank you for your help, Paula
