How can I use the PageRank?

I have a few sites, but still in development and each of them are part of a network. The actual name of the network has a website which is basically an intro, all the other pages with a link to each. The index domain of the networks I have a Flash animation that the user can click, to skip it in order to take the main page. This main page URL address is http://www .#####. com / base.html. (Not a real url, but one example) the Problem is, I'm on the spot awarded a PageRank of 3 / 10 but which are in the page with the Flash animation, and I would have preferred on the main page (ie base.html) The Home was not awarded at each rank to all that is strange.
