Creating a multilingual website: advantages and disadvantages?
We are a small low budget company, but we are an international brand. We have worldwide from distributors who could answer questions and field results, in their countries and languages, we want companies to take them. We have just received in SEO and see results from our blog with the most important keywords. What is the best first step in translating our site? 1st Manual or automated translation first Manual Translation of key terms and metadata? 2nd Automatic translation with manual tweeks? Also what is the best method, automated translation on the market? PS: We work with a CMS Joomla. Thanks Rob 1.0 P
do not expect better software to automatically translate for you, because now the software is not yet capable Translation beautiful. It would make better use of the component of Joomla that u can help building a multilingual site. It is Joom! Fish, if You do not know. Get the multi-lingual platform ready first, and then plan a strategy to translate to something on the Web bit. I am a Chinese, the most the time that we have to build website in three languages. 3 separate copywriting can impress end users so that they are willing to read more and come back again, are instead of showing them "strange" sentences which they may think that your site is of poor quality or even defective. hope it helps
