have a quick question on SEO?

Can someone enlighten me why some low ranking page rank pages top keywords are, are over 10 in Google for, compared to other sites with higher page rank with the same keywords, and tons of back links are further down in Google listing. Most of these sites contain some Left back, but they contain keywords in the header, meta tags, title tags, on page. Would that be enough to 10 in the list of Top Google to high-ranking sites with tons of back links and high page rank? Every idea, it would simply be heard on the use of keywords in appropriate places, rank, what is this page vertical Top 10 at the top of Google? Allot of the higher side are not headings, title tags and meta tags, some too, but not at the beginning of the title tags, meta tags on site etc. Or rather, the use of them in some cases but not as much as the lower ranks higher page rank websites listed in Google.

Much depends depends on how competitive the niche and the age of the TLD or Top Level Domain. It's funny, I always try to say that clients do not automatically PageRank Your site rank high for keywords on page. A site may have 1,000 backlinks from sites different, but could be 50 backlinks plays with in the rankings bya site if they are anchored. By that I mean back to back links Use the keyword text link to their page. If the site with 1000 backlinks not anchor their text for that special Keyword could it be simply a PR0 site. So the key is to anchor your keywords with your main text.
