Google Image SEO?

I have a question for Google Image SEO. I have been working on SEO for my site and it worked at Yahoo and Google search engine. But none of my pictures has been indexed by Google or Yahoo. I did everything I could. 1st alt tag used second Filename (eg Apple notebook Cover.JPG) 3 h1 tag used and the right of the Figure 4 URL (ex. ….. apple_notebook_cover.html) It is for over 10 months, and still nothing happened please inform me if there is anything I could do. Check your server configuration robots.txt to make sure that you are the spiders indexing your images folder. It must be accessible.
