301 redirect – Website name change is on the order? SEO question?

SEO new website is currently in google.co.uk if you search for "personalized Card "They come to our site on the first page. We change the entire site name, the name entered when someone in our former company would the result still be as good with a 301 redirect? ZB (Fake sites used here) www.brilliantbirthdaycards.com has a new website with a 301 directly to www.bestgreeting.com – Google Analytics show that people already know our name and find us the key words "Brilliant Birthday cards" (the name of the company) but when we last bestgreeting if people would in "Brilliant birthday cards typed" we still at the top of the page with keywords For example, that no longer apply to the name of our company? – I want a title tag: brilliant birthday card ~ ~ rebranded as bestgreeting.com and description, meta description and keywords in which both sides? Thank you
