Error 403 Forbidden by robots.txt?

My site is http://www.dwtechz.com/, and when I used http://www.seoworkers.com/tools/analyzer.html, the result is "Error: 403 Forbidden by robots.txt" I have no idea for this, someone can help me, I am newbie for SEO, thank you so sorry, man, I made a mistake of the site is OK, not a 404 error http://www.dwtechz.com/ and then what do I do for you? The Analyzer is a bot, and the robots.txt blocked it from accessing the non-existing site (404 error when I try to go there) In principle, this Place has it so bots can not access it, which means, sorry but you're not lucky with thhis seoworkers analyzed. If you have other file of the site so, would have to edit that (if you want I can help you offer profiles contact me via IM from mine) I would tell you how to set it, but I do not know the specific needs you have to do with this file in the first place.
