SEO – How can I have the keyword ranking overseas?

I'm good at the top of Google for searches in the UK, but I want to Overseas rank high, namely in Africa and Asia. How do I get my rank when I was there as a user in, say, Ghana, and secondly, how can I change my ranking? Thank you
