Click Fraud and IP logging please help ……?

I checked my AdWords and Yahoo accounts and see that a ridiculous amount of clicks Prices shown are per week for the last (about £ 300). I firmly believe that a competitor does. How can I re-check the IP's from the last few weeks? I ran Fasthosts Matrixstats, but can not make sense of it. My account about £ 1,500 per month, and it does make sense. But can there not cancel, then I would like to lose business. They are key words that trigger this are to be entered very specific and wouldnt by errors in or search for a different service.

Report to Yahoo (and disputes the invoice).
