In SEO terms, what rank is the difference between passing link text "&" passing Page "?

I know all about Page Rank and what it means and does so please do not waste your time to explain your know that I am not sure what is the effective difference between handing Page Rank versus transmission link text. Are separate the two? How? And what does it mean for the page that you link? Let me put it more simply: How can I pass text link BUT NOT Page Rank, or vice versa. plus why would anyone want to do that you know what it just …. forgotten.

Passing Page Rank is, it gives your site a Value to your overall page rank. Passing link text is the sites link to your site with your keyword as anchor text. This helps in obtaining search engine rankings. For example, enter the keyword "click here" in google. You'll see that Adobe reader of the first page. Although the site does not have that keyword somewhere on the page. The reason it counts as high as most sites use the anchor text "Click here" to link to it.
