Meta tags, keywords and page titles or SEO?

We work on-site at the start and I have noticed our source that the use of the side view is in there is no meta tags, keywords, or Page Titles. I investigated a little on our competitors websites and found the same. But most do not have meta tags or Page Titles Keywords, but their pages a high ranking in search engines. How they are ranking so high in these key elements? So it sounds like what you say is that these key elements SEO is not important anymore?

Do not assume that your opponents to make mistakes because, you should too. Follow these principles to reach a page Rankings: being over charged by your competitors) use Tags. The title is literally used by search engines such as the name of the site as they are looking Advertisements displayed. Using keywords in the title of the page clearly helps your ranking.
