What are the best ways to learn about Google AdWords?

There are entrepreneurs who have been good for AdWords and Free Ways to get to Google? I am pleased to YouTube videos, seminars, both online and offline as well as the help …. How do I start, I'm in it curious if anyone has to do it, found a very effective and cost-effective manner. Please respond not just hype your own site or method …. WOW What a timely request. I just sit down, and make me figure it out and it was really a pain in the butt. Like you, I first went to youtube but they all tried to send me to sell something.
