Google Adwords account suspended?

I had locked my Google Ad Words account 3 years ago, and really need to start again to advertising on Google. I wanted to To know whether you are no companies to configure and manage campaigns for them, so Google does not know you there for their advertising them. If you do, especially Companies, those in which you can just log online and do not have to call to make insistent sales consultant

Now they are not that stirct about how AdWords AdSense, so you may be able to make another account, but not banned for those sites you. Also why not try such things like MSN Ad Center and Yahoo ads?
