I recently purchased an eBook from the rich jerk.?

When buying, I also received a free affiliate review ebook flagrant use recommended by Google AdWords and AdSense so I started an account for AdWords and AdSense logged in, which I approved.the AdWords I used to have about two weeks in and really havent got but got a couple of impressions and no clicks.But My main problem is AdSense, Everyone and their brother swears they make money with AdSense, and that sounds great except one thing is wrong to AdSense after first login, then select what is style and size of ad is a banner or skyscraper ect .. the last page you will give you a code, you should copy and paste into your website.I need to be ignorant, because no matter what I think I can not I paste the code in my site.I can make it to my notepad in Windows To copy but when I try and go to my website, paste, no matter where on the page I try it happnin not easy. Someone please help ME!

I also bought the Rich Jerk book about 10 months. There was nothing in there that was new to me. Everything he does is to give some good ideas, but he does not really show the latest techniques, such as The delivery of the ideas.
