Google adsense- how not to get banned?

I recently got banned from google and managed to get me account back, there were significant amount of INVALID clicks thanks to my stupid colleguages.

So now that I have got the account back; i want to get traffic to my website via ADWORDS. Buy low cost keywords and sell high (hoping that the traffic makes clicks on my ads). I heard there was a similar program which has recieved postive response.

I need to know if this is a good idea, and is there a good chance for me getting banned. I do not want pay too much for advertising because too much traffic for a newbie is a bad idea and might result in permanent ban.

So please let me know if this is a good idea.

Don’t click on your own ads or get others to click for you.Clicks on Google ads must result from genuine user interest. Any method that artificially generates clicks or impressions on your Google ads is not prohibited,,
Also, the following things will also get you banned.

I think its a good idea about Google AdWords is very good at drawing traffic to my site and is very reputable..

Even if Google does bar you there are many many other affiliate companys that offer just as much chance of generating revenu. My favorite is WidgetBucks. They pay you 25 dollars just for signing up and min asccount payout is 50;)
